There’s really no other way to say it other than “last night was a complete dud of a squad”. We dealt with injuries, but also had some no-shows from a handful of our players that may as well have taken the night off altogether. With Austin Rivers, Monta Ellis, Spencer Hawes and Trey Burke all failing to even reach the 9 point mark – our team finished with 195 points. Kevin Durant, Chris Paul and Kenneth Faried had strong games, helping us almost hit 200 total points – but we placed well below the pay zone when all was said and done.
Let’s put this behind us and look forward to Feb 10th to get back on track.

Moxyball DraftKings Player Notes for Feb 10th, 2015
The same names are attractive on DraftKings in addition to FanDuel today:
- Miles Plumlee, $3,300 – a nice low-end C play looking at 20+ minutes.
- Robert Sacre, $3,700 – a bit more expensive than Plumlee, but a nice 5.0+ ROI candidate at the price.
- Trevor Ariza, $5,700 – just about a must-start while he’s playing so well.
- D.J. Augustin, $7,300 – love the consistency out of Augustin, and the upside for 40+ in a nice matchup.
Here are 3 other players that make for intriguing options on DraftKings today:
Gerald Henderson, $5,100
It’s hard to ignore Henderson’s recent production – and even though his price is climbing, he’s worthy of consideration today. He has at least 29 DKP in 5 of the last 6 games, and 32+ in 3 straight. He’s a 6.0 ROI candidate today, which would be a great return. Charlotte needs him with Kemba Walker out, so expect a nice outing once again.
Jeremy Lin, $3,800
He hasn’t been a great option this year in fantasy basketball, but his value is increasing in DFS with a declining price. He’s settling into a 20-25 minute role with the Lakers, and at $3,800 he could bring you 20 points. Give him a look if you need a sub-$4,000 guard with a decently high floor (despite a limited ceiling).
Ramon Sessions, $4,000
He’s a must-start if Darren Collison sits out tonight. With at least 22 points in each of his last 2 games (with Collison missing time), he’s an easy 5.0+ ROI candidate should he continue to get starter’s minutes (30+). Keep a close eye on Twitter and Rotoworld for news prior to locking him in.
